To ensure a safe and lawful environment, you strictly agree that you <strong>may not<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>Violate Geographical Restrictions:<\/strong> Access, or attempt to access, the Services from Mainland China or Hong Kong SAR, including through the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxies, or any other tools designed to bypass our geographical restrictions.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Generate Harmful Content:<\/strong> Prompt, generate, output, distribute, or use the Services to create any harmful content. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is: \n        <ul>\n            <li>Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic (including non-consensual sexual content and child sexual abuse material);<\/li>\n            <li>Violent, gruesome, or promoting terrorism, self-harm, or eating disorders;<\/li>\n            <li>Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory against any group or individual based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics;<\/li>\n            <li>Invasive of privacy rights (such as doxxing or uploading images of individuals without their consent);<\/li>\n            <li>Malicious deepfakes, disinformation, or content designed to manipulate public opinion or elections.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Bypass Safety Systems:<\/strong> Attempt to jailbreak, bypass, manipulate, or disable any safety filters, content moderation systems, or core AI instructions implemented by Joyfun AI to prevent the output of harmful content.<\/li>\n \t<li>Downloade, \u00e6ndre, kopiere, distribuere eller skabe afledte v\u00e6rker fra vores propriet\u00e6re teknologi, bortset fra det indhold, du genererer.<\/li>\n \t<li>Use the Services for bullying, fraud, scamming, or in a manner that is deceptive or facilitates any harmful or illegal activities.<\/li>\n \t<li>Dekompilere, foretage reverse engineering eller adskille tjenesterne.<\/li>\n \t<li>Brug enhver robot, spider eller andre automatiserede midler til at f\u00e5 adgang til tjenesterne til ethvert form\u00e5l uden vores udtrykkelige skriftlige tilladelse.<\/li>\n \t<li>Introduce any viruses, malware, or other malicious code into our systems.<\/li>\n \t<li>Use the Services to build a competitive product or service.<\/li>\n \t<li>Represent that content generated by the Services is entirely human-generated. You are free to use Your Output for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided it complies entirely with these Terms (especially the restrictions on Harmful Content outlined in Section 2).\n\nBy using the Services, you grant Joyfun AI a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, and irrevocable license to access, use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from Your Content for the limited purposes of operating, improving, and providing the Services, and to develop new technologies. This includes using Your Content to train and improve our artificial intelligence models. This license continues even if you stop using our Services.\n\nYou represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit Your Input and that Your Content will not violate any laws, contain harmful content, or infringe on the rights of any third party. \n\n<strong>Content Moderation:<\/strong> We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, block, filter, or delete any User Input or User Output that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, attempts to bypass our safety filters, or constitutes harmful content.\n\nDue to the nature of generative AI, User Output may not be unique, and other users may generate similar content. Your ownership rights apply only to your specific User Output.\n\n<h2>4. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).\n\nYou acknowledge that factual assertions in User Outputs may be inaccurate and should be independently verified. We assume no liability for any content (including harmful or offensive content) that you or any third party creates, generates, or is exposed to while using our Services.\n\n<h2>6.
