2. Geographic Restrictions and Eligibility

Strict Prohibition for Mainland China and Hong Kong Users Our website and services are strictly not intended for, nor offered to, users located in or resident of Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR). We do not intentionally collect or process any personal data from individuals in these regions. If you are located in Mainland China or Hong Kong SAR, you are prohibited from using Joyfun AI. If we detect access from these restricted regions (e.g., via IP address monitoring), we will immediately block access to our services and automatically delete any data submitted during such unauthorized access.

3. Content Moderation and Prohibited Content

Joyfun AI strictly prohibits the generation, processing, or distribution of harmful, illegal, or malicious content. You must not use our services to upload prompts, images, or videos that contain, promote, or generate:

Sexually explicit content or pornography (NSFW).
Violence, gore, or self-harm.
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.
Illegal acts, terrorism, or exploitation of minors.
Content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

Automated Moderation: To enforce this policy, we employ automated content moderation tools that scan your User-Provided Content Data (including text prompts and uploaded files) before processing. We reserve the right to immediately reject, block, or delete any data that violates these guidelines without notice, and we may block your IP address from further using our services.

4. The data we collect about you

7. Disclosures of your data

To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the nature of the data, the purposes for which we process it, and the applicable legal requirements. User-Provided Content may be retained for research and model development purposes after being anonymized where possible. Content detected as harmful or originating from restricted geographic regions will be rejected and deleted immediately.

11. Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing. Since we hold minimal personally identifiable information and do not have user accounts, your ability to exercise these rights may be limited. We cannot provide or delete data associated with an account because no accounts exist. However, you can make requests regarding your IP address or specific content you have uploaded by contacting us. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity in such cases.
